CAMIO PR is an Austin-based PR Firm with clients locally and nationwide specializing in branding, public relations, and creative for business and individuals. We also do success and career coaching for individuals including resumes and linked in profiles for clients.

We are seeking a Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator, who is experienced in graphic design using Adobe Creative Cloud. The right candidate is creative, an enthusiastic self-starter, solutions-oriented, and eager to contribute on a large scale. The candidate will report to the CEO and directly support all client projects. We are experiencing fast growth and looking to grow our team.

You will be mentored, challenged, and involved in all client projects across a broad spectrum for large companies, local small businesses and everything in between. We are looking for a go-getter, with original ideas, and ability to contribute in meaningful ways in a fast-paced environment. This is a significant opportunity for someone to get in and grow within the Firm.

CREATIVE – Full of Ideas. Key to success in this position, and a career in this field!
GRAPHIC DESIGN – Adobe Creative Cloud Advanced (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, Illustrator)
WRITING – Social Media Content, Business writing, Press Releases, Copy for marketing collateral and more
PUBLIC RELATIONS/ MEDIA – Assist with writing Press Releases, building and managing media lists & relationships, pitching stories, compiling editorial calendars
SOCIAL MEDIA – LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Google+ & Pinterest (Advanced / Proficiency)
EVENTS – Schedule, Coordinate, Attend, Support Set-Up and Management (We host events for clients as well as our own events, seminars, and speaking engagements)
CLIENT RELATIONS – Attend client meetings, participate in calls, work directly with clients and oversee projects
RESEARCH – Project specific for clients. AKA Google Expert.
LEADERSHIP – Support management of interns and coordinating with entire team
ADMINISTRATIVE (MINIMAL) – Office Support duties including scheduling, making calls, administrative, errands

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of Experience in:
o Graphic Design in Adobe Creative Suite/ Cloud
o Social Media Management, Content, Paid Campaigns
o MS Office Suite (Word, PPT, Excel, Outlook)
o MAC Operating Systems

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and strong graphic design skills
• Video Experience including production, filming, editing; for use on web and social
• Experience in the following industries: Financial Services, Investment Advisory, Ultra-High-Net-Worth / Affluent Markets, Legal, Real Estate, Technology, Software Development, Animal Welfare / Veterinary, Health/Wellness and Fitness
• Experience with the following tools/skills we use: (Training Available)
o CRM (Salesforce and Related)
o WordPress
o MailChimp Email Campaigns
o AirTable
o DropBox
o Slack
o Skype
o Webinar

• Fully support the Company’s Clients, Values, Operations, and Vision
• Manage the Marketing, PR, and Social Media Activities for Firm and all Clients
• Commitment to Integrity, Confidentiality, Excellence, and Professionalism at all times, especially in dealing with Clients and their Information
• Self-Confident, able to communicate, articulate, and build relationships with Clients and Partners
• Effectively manage and utilize the Firm’s Social Media, Blogs, and Email Campaigns
• Ability to operate under multiple deadlines and prioritize work
• Passionate about Professional and Personal Development, a lifelong learner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Other duties as assigned
